ugh, pooh

Today is Winnie the Pooh day....ugh. I am not a fan. Disney had an episode of Doc McStuffins with Pooh in it, and the boys were so excited. It was cute from this angle, but that was about it. At least the day is almost over. Love this little moment with all 3 of them being so cool, and quiet.

Bennett has started wanting to fall asleep in our bed. He falls asleep there, we carry him to his room, and in a few hours, he is back in our room. So, Brett asked him when he was going to sleep in his room and he said "Tonight" and watch out, he did! I went to check on him, and he had the blankets pulled up over his head. I peeked underneath the covers and he was sleeping, just like this!

He stayed there all night! Great job Bennett! He feel asleep again tonight in his own bed! I am loving this trend.

We have had these little planes and cars since Graham was an only. We have kept them hidden since we figure Elliott could eat them. We got the out and it was like Christmas morning. They all played rather nicely with them, and Bennett even took a bag of them to school the next day.

This is what happens when you wake up at 5 am....you fall asleep during drop off. At least when he napped this day, I also got a nap.

He has been playing with legos too, when his brothers are at school, he has them all to himself.

Party of 4

Brett is out of town so it's just me and the boys tonight. We had a pretty good time but we all will be glad when Brett gets back tomorrow!

we took down our Christmas tree last weekend, and we got this last photo before it was lights out. It was such a great tree, by far the best ever (do I say that every year?!) Whew, the house is back to normal!

sister sister

a baby sprinkle for this lovely lady about a month before she has baby #2. She got loaded up with diapers and dinners and we had a very nice afternoon hanging out and celebrating her. Cannot wait to meet this baby! Sister, you are gorgeous, and almost across the finish line!

my Aunt Sandy made each kiddo their own color towel and we finally got them all in their towels at the same time!

Thanks Aunt Sandy, they love the towels and so do we! Now, when they get out, they say they want their color of towel! And Bennett does like his, just not taking pictures!

doctor visit

we had a couple of doctor visits to go to, and this was a stop in between for a snack. It was snowing and a total mess outside, but we had fun. Everybody is doing good.

peppa play time

Bennett asked for everything peppa pig for Christmas and Elliott got a Mickey mouse Clubhouse and all of that stuff together means for an awesome play time. The boys have loved playing with the new toys and each other. They also like setting it up and then destroying it all. Boys will be boys.

Happy New Year! We hung out at home and enjoyed time just being together. It ended up being a very sweet night!

back to E-ville

The boys had more time off from school, so we headed down to my parents house for a couple of days before the new year. Graham saw all the leaves in the yard and we headed out to make super huge piles. Pawpaw also got out the leaf blower so he could use that.

the boys got leap starts and we got them all hooked up so they could play them.

Bennett fell asleep eating a pop tart sitting at the table! We also went and saw a drive thru light display while in town. It was a great visit and we headed back home to celebrate new year's with Brett.

Next stop, Christmas with pip pip

The next morning, we headed back home and had Christmas with my family at my sister's house. She had these little champagne bottles, which were perfect. She made some amazing food and the boys got to hang out.

my sister and her sweet boys. She is 9 months prego, so we are so excited to meet the newest member of the family! We had great food and had some quality time with my side of the family. Merry Christmas all around!

Christmas Day!

We opened a few presents in the morning and our stockings, and then worked on playing and getting  lunch ready for the rest of the family.

After opening, Bennett put all his gifts on the table and then playing with his brothers instead. Classic middle child. He and Graham are showing Uncle Mike the loot.

the boys checking out Z's Nintendo DS. It was a long crazy filled day. We are so thankful we got to spend it with family and we had an absolutely great time! The food was delicious and we are so blessed.
