amish donuts
Brett found a local bakery and they sell Amish made donuts! They are so amazing and they just make your weekend perfect! Bennett, Brett and I all shared a few and we all loved them! Bennett is definitely a fan!
Graham soccer
Graham started soccer the same day that school started. He is a younger kid on an older team, so we are learning a lot. His team is gold and he is #3. He says he is having fun and that is what is most important. He is in the yellow shirt at practice.
Graham rides a bike
Graham can ride his bike! He has been trying really hard and can finally do it without us pushing him. So proud of him!
sun yoga
I was sitting in our front yard, soaking up some sun and breathing. I asked Graham to come try it with me, and Brett got this photo. I laughed so hard when I saw Graham's face. Let's just say, I didn't get 3 words out before he was done sitting with me. But I love this moment.

1st drop off
I was able to walk Bennett in every day his first week of school. Of course, the 1st day of car drop off it was raining, so you knew right away it was not going to go smoothly. He had a rain jacket on, his backpack and lunch, nap stuff and snacks for his class. He also cries when he has to go, so it was not a good moment. But once he is in the class, he is a rock star. It's just leaving me that is hard for him. I don't blame him, I am pretty awesome.

We had them hang out to fall asleep and Graham made sure to tell us that if Bennett slept in his bed, we had to move him before he work up. Otherwise, Graham would get up and make sure we knew to move Bennett to his own bed. Classic brother move

this got sent home with him from school and it took all I had not to start crying. I asked him to hold it for me and tell me what he had done. He told me the colors. So great Bennett!
love this sweet boy. We are seeing such a change I him already with him being at school. Much more confidence and more words. A LOT more words. We are so proud of him!
IN State Fair
With 2 boys in school, Ells and I and my sister and C headed to the IN State Fair! With only 2 kids! Totally excited to see all the animals and eat fair food. We saw the horses first, they were gigantic!

new schedule
sleeping boys. Brett and Graham have started reading chapter books before bedtime. It is their special time together. I thought this was such a sweet picture of all of them. Then Bennett ended up totally awake in bed with me!

Ells new life during the day with no brothers and a working mom. Totally chilling and watching movies. Got milk and 3 pacifiers close by. I think he likes it, but he does miss them.

home after his first day! I got all teary eyed when he got home. He was looking at me all wonky and I told him I was so proud of him. He asked for more goldfish! I pick him up from school.
After Bennett's first day of preschool! He came home on the bus! Happy to have them home. I did miss them.

A quick picture of Bennett in his classroom. He has DP in the mornings (this room) and UP in the afternoons. It is a lot to juggle for him, but his teachers say he is doing great with transitioning between the classes. Each room has a kitchen, which Bennett things is awesome.
We got through the 1st day! Now, only 180 more to go!
