Serious play time means serious nap time
When Gigi and pawpaw are here to play, you get your play on. Serious playtime has been happening, which means when it is over, Graham falls asleep where he lays down, which is in the middle of the living room floor.
Little play place
Graham has found a new place to play with his trucks, and it happens to be in a cubby in our nook. He loves his little place and he gets to stand/sit on the stool at the same time. Total bonus.

Brotherly love
Graham is showing Bennett some of his toys. Bennett watched the whole time, it was really cute.
1st night home
We finally made it home on Friday afternoon. Here is Bennett asleep on his first night home. He did pretty well. He did get his other arm out of the swaddle. Doesn't he look like a blond here?
Proud dad
The bed was also a great spot for the brothers to get close and for a super proud dad to snuggle both kiddos.
Company
I had some company in my bed at the hospital. We watched a movie together one afternoon. I was so happy for the snuggle and I think so was he.

Dr Amy
Bennett's doctor is s fantastic lady named Dr. Amy. She came by two days in a row to see how adorable Bennett is, and she was not disappointed. She was adorable when she saw him, like a 13 year old school girl. It was fun. We are so lucky to have her as our doctor.
Brothers meet
Graham came up to see us on Tuesday morning. He showed Bennett his cars, but kept a little distance. He always knows where Bennett is, but doesn't necessarily interact with him. He is really cute when he talks to or about him. Graham calls him baby Bennett. So precious. We had a huge window that Graham made all his with cars and trucks and stickers. It was his own space to play. With a great view. He found the Good Year blimp from the window, and we saw some awesome clouds roll through. It was cool.
In recovery
Since I had a spinal, I had two dead legs to get the feeling back in, which took a long while. They let us take Bennett to recovery before they took him for the night. It is standard for babies born at 37 weeks. We were glad for the extra time with him since we didn't get that with Graham. Once we got settled , we caught some zzzz's before they brought him back the next morning.
High BP and Triage
So, went to the doctor for a blood pressure check on Monday, June 10th. Still high, and since the baby had not been moving as much over the weekend, they sent me to triage at the hospital. Brett and Graham dropped me off since again, it was pouring rain outside. Blood pressure still high and showing no signs of lowering. They diagnosed me as having gestational hypertension, which means I have Hugh blood pressure because I am pregnant. How to cure it? Have the baby at 37 weeks. Also, my PUPPP rash was crazy all over. How to cure that? Delivery at 37 weeks. Since I was exactly 37 weeks pregnant, they decided now was the time to go get him. Our fantastic friends Harvey and Julia took Graham for us and we waited on Brett to get there to go into the OR. So fast and so crazy. Here Brett and I are before we had the baby.

Two things
During our "Andrea" rain storm on Friday and in the middle of my allergic reaction/PUPPP trip to the doctor, Graham and I were sitting in the car, when he pulled his shoes off and told me his feet were dancing. Adorable
Brett and I just spent 45 minutes looking for a car Graham could not find. It ended up being found in one Graham's shoes. The tiniest of places holding something so valuable. Thank goodness we found it.
Totally traintastic
Again, I am showing off my spectacular track building skills. Starts out on the hamper , to the table , then down to the floor. My best effort to date. Take that Brett ;).
Happy helper
So his helping also turns to mess making in the morning. He loves his little work station and filling up the cups and then dumping them out. His happy face is the best. Love this kid. It also looks like he has a coffee problem as well.
Helper again
Since we now put all our bins outside on one day, we all get involved with taking out the trash and recycling. Graham carries his own bag out and puts it in the bin, then helps take the bin to the curb. It is so cute. We are totally trying to make our neighbors puke with our cuteness.
Little helper
While I wash dishes, graham helps me by cleaning the counter behind me. Love his hand on his hip; I think it says I am still working, why aren't you?
Hanging out in his mess
He brought out his Mickey couch with all his buds to hang out in the living room. It was also a nice place to lay in all the mess he had made as well. He was so proud of himself.
